Youth Place: Bless Your Father
Proverbs 22:6 says- Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
Your father has and always will have, a God-given responsibility to train you, educate you and prepare you for the adult you will need to become.
Also, your father is to correct you.
Hebrews 12:7 states- It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline?
Not everyone has or has had, what they believe to be a “good” father , I know this. Some fathers are not easy to get along with, others may even be abusive or worse. For these fathers, sometimes it is just best to pray for them. But if your father is present, around you enough to have a relationship with you, and he works for your family, providing food, shelter and clothing, then that is a blessing many other children don’t ever get to experience.
Thank your father. Honor him. Respect him. God demands we treat everyone like we want to be treated. How much more so our parents.
These are some biblical ways to bless your father.

I hope the few expressions are helpful and get you thinking. You only get one dad. Enjoy his life and presence before God takes him away to eternity.
God Bless,
